10/31/16 – Monday – Squat

After an extended hiatus from contributing to this log… I’m back.

The absence is due to a few things including:
-the gym is really busy
-I tore my bicep at the end of August
-my wife gave birth to our second daughter
-I’ve changed my goals every three days for the last 6 month

I’ll provide further commentary on my goals, training plan, and other things but for now I just wanted to get back to writing everything down.
